To solve these situations without wasting staff time and making clients happy, TrustTrack allows to create limited access links and share them with the client via email, SMS or other social media platforms.
In other words, the transport manager can create a unique link, that shows only needed information to the client, and share it with the client. That way client will not need to constantly ask the manager where his shipment is – They will be able to check it himself.

The limited access link will be available only until you want – it will work for a week, a month or even a year.
Only the key information
Of course, the client will not need to see all the information, that TrustTrack has to offer. With limited access link, you can select which vehicles will be visible in the created link.
When a link is active and opened, the client will see TrustTrack status window with selected objects location, moving status, etc.
