Country Harvest is a family-owned business on the A65 just outside the village of Ingleton in North Yorkshire set across a three acre site they have a traditional coffee shop, large food hall with an award-winning butchery department, cheese counter selling the best cheeses made in Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria, deli and our own bakery.
They also sell gifts and women’s and children’s clothing, including Alice Collins, Joules and Seasalt. From October 1st to January 6th every year they open a Christmas Cabin. From mid February it transforms into an Outdoor Living Cabin selling Regatta jackets, boots, shoes and a wide range of outdoor clothing at great prices. It also sells wooden garden furniture and outdoor accessories.
Their current Panasonic telephone system was quite old and just didn’t perform as well as expected as they grew the business, their requirement to have individual voicemail and they had a requirement to introduce cordless handsets as well as desk based handsets.
The solution was the implementation of our Horizon VoIP system and now the new system is all in place and we’re very happy to say that it’s now working brilliantly.
