TRS Tyres Limited have chosen JabbaTalk to provide their upgraded hosted telephone system.
TRS Tyres have been trading since 1989 and are based on Whitegate Industrial Estate in Morecambe and offer Complete Casing Solutions, Truck Tyres fitted in house and also at the roadside via their mobile installation fleet. JabbaTalk already provide the business with TrustTrack as their vehicle tracking solutions and mobile phone requirements but their telephone system historically was always managed by a third party.
TRS Tyres had a requirement to add in an extra handset for a ‘new starter’ and found that their existing supplier had stopped providing this as a service and couldn’t help them at all!
Chris Rose, TRS’s General Manager made contact with us and asked if we could help? Within a couple of days we had not only provided him with the handset for the new starter, but we managed to upgrade all the other handsets for brand new Polycom VVx450 one’s then arranged for the transfer of their business numbers over to us.
Chris Rose said “I’m so pleased that all of our telecoms and tracking are now dealt with by JabbaTalk and all under one roof, It make so much sense to have everything all managed by one company and all the services we have are now invoiced on one bill each month and not only are the services cheaper than any other competitor, the service that we received is absolutely fantastic! If I have a query fo any kind, I simply fire off a quick email or pick up the phone and I’m always greeted by such a friendly voice on the other end of the phone and my queries are sorted there and then!
